Sales Support Coordinator

To be a part of the Orchard and Shipman Acquisitions team providing support to the sales team in the acquisition of property for our customers. You will have the ability to prioritise and reprioritise work independently to cope with service demands and provide outstanding service levels to the Acquisitions Team, Councils, Landlords and Tenants.
You will need to have a full understanding of policies in relation to Head Lease, Landlord Insurance & Gas & Electrical certification and be able to provide advice and guidance to Landlords on Leasing/Acquisition issues. You will required to respond to customer enquiries via email, telephone and letter and provide full administrative support and diary management to the Acquisitions Team on a day to day basis.
