We are in search of an Acquisitions Negotiator for our Southwark office. The role is to identify and sign up buy-to-let landlords who are willing lease their properties to the London Borough of Southwark for the purpose of providing housing for homeless families.

You must possess excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You will need the ability to prioritise (and reprioritise) work independently to cope with service demands, be a confident team player and be able to interact with other departments and recognise the roles they play.
