The Website Content Manager report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing the voice for all aspects of the organization’s online presence. In addition to writing, editing and proofreading site content, this person will also work closely with the technical team to maintain site standards with regards to new development. You will also be responsible for crafting site promotions, emailing newsletters and online outreach campaigns.
You will need an advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with popular content management systems (CMS), basic Adobe Photoshop skills, 3+ years experience in managing content & production for high traffic websites and a bachelors degree in English, Journalism

It will be your responsibility to monitor workmanship and ensure professional standards are met at all times. You will provide administrative support to the Voids Manager in coordinating work for the OSMAIN team, provide accurate quotes to customers and monitor quotes provided by the OSMAIN team. You must be aware of current Health & Safety legislation and monitor the Health & Safety standards within the OSMAIN team.

A position has arisen at our Southwark office for a Property Manager to manage the timely return of vacant properties to Landlords at the end of Lease. You will be requited to deliver high standards of customer service whilst ensuring that dilapidations spend is kept to a minimum.
You will provide void specifications to the Property Maintenance team following the vacation of mid lease tenants to bring properties up to standards specified by the council within budgeted spend. You will be the main point of contact for both the council and landlords for end of lease properties and liaise closely with the Lease Renewals section of the Acquisitions team. You will accurately calculate liability for maintenance and repairs required at the end of the Lease within the parameters of the Lease with the Landlord and demonstrate a professional attitude with internal and external customers at all times.

You will have the ability to prioritise and reprioritise work independently to cope with service demands and provide outstanding service levels to the Acquisitions Team, Councils, Landlords and Tenants.
You will need to have a full understanding of policies in relation to Head Lease, Landlord Insurance & Gas & Electrical certification and be able to provide advice and guidance to Landlords on Leasing/Acquisition issues.
